The Council is pleased to announce that DBS applications are now submitted electronically, via e-Bulk.
The Council aims to meet its obligations under the DBS Code of Practice and complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Written policies on the recruitment of ex-offenders, the correct handling, use, storage, retention and disposal of Disclosures and Disclosure information are
available. The services provided include a written contract agreement between the Council & the client, advice on all aspects of the DBS process, and as part of the e-Bulk process, a Disclosure tracking facility.
