Powys County Council’s online eBulk system is one of the fastest and most efficient ways to process DBS applications. Our DBS service is currently utilised by seven other local authorities and over two hundred smaller organisations including care providers, recruitment agencies, businesses and charities located throughout the country. With a designated DBS team that offers personalised support and no registration fees or hidden costs, Powys County Council prides itself on providing a stringent, transparent, cost-effective service. Whilst an administration fee of £10 is set for smaller organisations processing fewer checks, the fee for those processing DBS checks in bulk is negotiable.
