Cornwall Council has an online system (e-Bulk) for processing applications to provide a quick and secure service that is easy to use for applicants and ID checkers. Our online system helps prevent employment delays, eliminates application data errors and reduces manual administration. We provide detailed guidance for both applicants and ID checkers on using the system along with telephone advice and support for all of our users.
